The Hope

The Hope

This past Sunday, we celebrated Easter. In my opinion it's the celebration of the Greatest Leader who ever lived and still lives. This does not demean or condemn other faiths, but the risen Jesus is the most significant event in my faith. All great leaders understand the importance of hope. Without it, our teams become discouraged, apathetic, and toxic. With it, our organizations can achieve the impossible and dare to grow to the next level.

Hope is where all relationships start. Those who keep it, flourish, while those who lose it, devolve into despair. The Greatest Leader knew this and provided the ultimate hope for mankind. He led with compassion and a servant's heart. He demonstrated loyalty, trust, and was an incredible team builder.

My friend, the leader of a large Muslim community in Kashmir, India has said to me, "Jesus set the example of great leadership." I wholeheartedly agree. He did, and He still does. Choose to follow the leadership of the Greatest Leader, and you will make a difference.
