In this online course, Dr. Larry Little, author and creator of the Make A Difference book and framework, provides tools and systems for understanding your employees and co-workers.
Dr. Little is the CEO of Eagle Center for Leadership and he executive coach for leaders both nationally and internationally. His team at ECFL consists of seasoned individuals who have served in a variety of leadership positions.
